The neighborhood
You will be in the heart of Playa del Carmen. No need for a car, plenty of taxis and in walking distance. Only one short block from the beach and one block from 5th Avenue, both about a 1 minute walk. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment and ferry service to Cozumel are all within a 2-15 minute walk from the complex.
Getting around
If you do rent a car there is free underground parking, you can also take the ADO bus, taxi or shuttle service from the airport. Beach Conditions - Beach Club
Boats are moored just off shore and can feel in the way when they are not out during tours. The conditions change from day to day and are out of our control. Guest amenities includes free access to chairs and sun beds on the beach at our affiliated Así Beach Club. This is a beach club and food or drink can not be brought for consumption. There is no minimum consumption and as a guest of the condo you are offered a discount.
